Our client is a global leader in a Food Manufacturing Company in Thailand and now they are seeking Maintenance Planning Engineer Based in Chonburi.

Key Responsibilities Maintenance Planning:
Collaborating with the operation team to optimize PM planning & follows maintenance procedures.

Effectively managing resources on each PM/CM activity.

Managing daily work orders to maximize machines & equipment reliability to achieve TRS target.

AM Support:
Providing technical data, standards & solutions for machine-related activities.

Effectively participating in brainstorming sessions with working teams for Root cause analysis or continuous improvement projects.

Managing maintenance plan to maintain the reliability of the machine within the allocated resource.

Supporting operation to quickly return machines and equipment to design capability through the most effective maintenance planned.

Being able to provide maintenance program, and work with the team to consolidate PM/CM activities to maximize machine reliability to support operating supply excellence.

This person must initiate & individually provide machine problem-solving. If support is needed, should be able to provide clear information. This person should collaborate with operation & other cross-function for effective PM/CM planning.

Maintenance System:
Leading to the review of PM & spare parts inventory, identifying gaps & provide solid actions for gap closure.

Ensures PM/CM work orders are planned & execute as planned.

Maintaining/updating machine database in CMMS system.

Maximize utilization of CMMS to optimize machine reliability.

Uptime Management:
Developing effective PM plans according to the operation plan. Provides and follows up downtime reports, planning, and data analysis to create actions as agreed for uptime optimization. Leading in RCA session for significant machines downtime with gap identified and solid actions to maximize uptime operation.

Daily Machine Downtime:
Providing daily machine downtime report.

Leading to a review of immediate actions & prevention for machine downtime & ensure all actions are completed as the committed timeline.

Safety Requirement:
Setting standards to ensure all PM/CM activities % followed safety standards. Leading team to develop effective JSA/Safety working procedure.

Quality Systems:
Effectively managing all documents to support ISO, HACCP, GMP, and other Q&FS standards. Creating new Work instructions and properly reviewing/updating existing records in the Nexus system. Collaborating with all involved functions to solidify actions for CAPA gap closure within the timeline.

Reliability SM CAB:
Managing reliability projects to meet business objectives & comply with Company safety & quality standard.

Being flexible to work extended hours and on weekends to support site priority if required.

Job Qualifications
Bachelors in Mechanic, Mechatronic, Instrumentation engineering, or related fields.

Experience of 5 years in a related position is a plus. Preferably with the food industry.

Experience in Machine reliability and Project Management are essential.

Proven record/knowledge in Machine Maintenance, and PM planning.

Experience in using the Computerized Maintenance Management System is a plus.
