    ISO:

    Need a Dental Office Receptionist, Former dental office Admin or possibly former Dental Assistant ( RDA) wanting to move up front.


    We need someone who will have their assigned roll, but also a teamplayer who does what needs to get done.

    Whether that is going in back to wipe down OPs, seating patients, calling to schedule treatment etc.


    Your job duties will include confirming insurance coverage, scheduling follow-up appointments at the practice, and contacting patients to confirm that they plan to return to receive the treatment.

    You may also perform other administrative duties, such as filing and answering phones. Qualifications include having a high school diploma and some advanced training, such as an associate degree in medical administration. Customer service skills, clerical experience, and the ability to coordinate with the doctor are also essential for this position.


    Must:
    Works well with computers. We use DSN dental software. May be switching to Dentrix soon.
