    Company Overview: Construction X Agency is a premier nationwide Real Estate & Construction Supervising company with office locations in multiple states. We act as a concierge to property and homeowners, assisting them with their real estate and construction needs, and providing supervision through project completion. Our agency offers a variety of services designed for fast onboarding, the best lead times, and access to our network of verified, licensed local contractors. We provide on-demand construction services to ensure our clients' projects meet their highest expectations.

    Position: Sales/Marketing Specialist

    Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales/Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our agency programs to contractors and real estate brokers. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building strong client relationships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract contractors and real estate brokers.
    • Identify and engage potential clients through various channels.
    • Present and promote our agency's programs and services to prospective clients.
    • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with contractors and brokers.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate or construction industry preferably
    • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
    • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Pleasant speaking voice and ability to train others

    Position pays $10/hour and is 1099- contractor (min 20-25 hours a week).
