Service Advisor
Circle Hyundai Chevrolet is a leading global manufacturer of industrial and specialty steel products.

Position:

The Service Advisor is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the manufacturing and service department.

The Service Advisor will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, while maintaining quality, assisting in the facilitation of customer service issues, and assisting in the delivery of services to our employees and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and accurate service assistance to employees and customers while following written procedures and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to promote sales of Circle Hyundai Chevrolet products.
• Participate in departmental meetings to ensure departmental goals are achieved.
• Perform departmental errands such as ordering, stocking, cleaning, etc.
• Understands Circle Hyundai Chevrolet products features and benefits and provides detailed information to Shrewsbury, NJ Sales Associates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay:
$70, $90,000.00 per year
