Description
Your Responsibilities:
- Supporting service advisors with administrative and organizational tasks
- Scheduling workshop appointments and preparing orders
- Managing, issuing, and receiving service replacement vehicles
- Correspondence in the service department
- Cash management
Personal Requirements:
- Completed commercial training (preferably in the automotive industry)
- Professional experience in customer service
- Proficient in MS Office
- Teamwork, flexibility, high service orientation, and good communication skills
- Customeroriented behavior, confident demeanor, and calm approach even in difficult situations
- Accustomed to working independently and responsibly
- Able to maintain an overview even in hectic situations
- Willingness to quickly acquire new skills and knowledge
