Your Responsibilities:


  • Supporting service advisors with administrative and organizational tasks
  • Scheduling workshop appointments and preparing orders
  • Managing, issuing, and receiving service replacement vehicles
  • Correspondence in the service department
  • Cash management

Personal Requirements:


  • Completed commercial training (preferably in the automotive industry)
  • Professional experience in customer service
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Teamwork, flexibility, high service orientation, and good communication skills
  • Customeroriented behavior, confident demeanor, and calm approach even in difficult situations
  • Accustomed to working independently and responsibly
  • Able to maintain an overview even in hectic situations
  • Willingness to quickly acquire new skills and knowledge
