Calling all Traveling Ortho Treatment Coordinators:

Are you ready to kick off your career this summer? We are seeking a dynamic Traveling Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team.

In this role, you'll oversee daily office tasks and patient interactions in multiple locations in the Los Angeles area, ensuring seamless operations and driving sales through effective support for various business activities.

Job Duties:

Knowledge of Dentical, PPO, HMO Billing.
Familiar with financing such as Care Credit/Lending Club.
Familiar with electronic billing.
Experience using Dentrix Ascend is a plus.
Ability to meet monthly production/collection goals.
Familiar with treatment planning.
Must be available to work some Saturdays

Must have experience working in orthodontics.

Previous treatment coordination experience is highly preferred.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent communication and computer skills.
Must love working with Children.
An upbeat personality is a MUST.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Bilingual Spanish desired.

Fulltime. Mon-Fri 8:00 am
5:00 pm Sat 8:00 am
2:00 pm
Hourly + Benefits
Pay rate $25.00$ Monthly Bonuses+ Ortho Start Bonuses + Mileage
