Our team is expanding, and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our Human Resources department.
Job Summary:
As the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for leading our recruitment efforts to attract and retain top-tier talent in ABA therapy and support roles.
You will develop recruitment strategies that align with our organizational goals, enhance our employer brand, and ensure a smooth and effective hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy, tailored to meet the specific needs of ABA therapy and support roles.
Work closely with department heads to define precise staffing needs and job descriptions.
Manage all phases of the recruitment process, from job posting and talent sourcing to interviewing and hiring decisions.
Develop and oversee effective candidate sourcing and attraction strategies, including digital campaigns, job fairs, and partnerships with relevant educational institutions.
Enhance company reputation and attract high-quality candidates by promoting our values, culture, and benefits in job listings and through social media platforms.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings, and keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes.Implement and refine recruitment metrics to measure and improve our hiring success and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations concerning employment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in the healthcare or behavioral therapy sectors.
Deep understanding of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization and with potential candidates.
Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently.Preferred
Qualifications:
Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM).
Experience in ABA therapy settings or similar healthcare environments.
Knowledge of compliance requirements in healthcare recruitment.
Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
