Your tasks

  • You will drive our employees and our company forward by designing and developing our talent management measures in a forward-thinking manner - including the introduction of an HCM software (Workday).
  • In daily business, you will coordinate and monitor mandatory legal training, workshops, and trainings for managers and employees.
  • You will also support the establishment and implementation of an in-house virtual training platform.
  • In your role, you will be the contact person and advisor for managers and talents on the topic of development.
  • At the same time, you will support our apprentices at the location - from recruiting to successful completion.
  • Your tasks will also include participating in internal and external audits in the area of training and qualification.

Your profile

  • Completed degree in business administration with a focus on human resources or a comparable field of study, or a corresponding education
  • Several years of professional experience
