As a Digital Content Coordinator, you will:

  • Use strong research skills to navigate vendor-provided resources to locate key product information and images that meet brand standards.
  • Utilize a proprietary content management system to upload key information that includes, but is not limited to: shippingrelated attributes, reference documents (ex. manuals, nutritional info, SDS sheets), and product relationships.
  • Review new items and select an imaging method (inhouse photography, 3D renders, vendor assets) based on defined standards.
  • Communicate effectively with Procurement, Content, and Vendors to locate all required attributes.
  • Gather data using research and reporting tools to make suggestions to improve site features and navigability.
  • Take ownership of assigned products to ensure they not only display accurate product information, but also consider how the product fits into its categories, and if any adjustments to the category overall are necessary.
  • Be receptive to feedback from Reviewers as they review each curated item for accuracy.
  • Work on largescale projects to make regular updates to product information and images to maintain new standards.
  • Meet quantity and quality key performance indicators relating to curated items and projects completed.

Remote work qualifications

  • Access to a reliable and secure highspeed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform daytoday tasks.
  • Access to a home router and modem.
  • A dedicated home office space that is noise
- and distraction-free. The space should have strong wireless connection or a wired Ethernet connection (wired connection is preferred, if possible).

  • A valid, physical address (apartment, suite, etc.). PO Boxes are not supported, as a physical address is required for you to receive your computer equipment.
  • The desire and ability to work and communicate with other team members via chat, webcam, etc.
  • Legal residents of one of the following states: (AK, AL, AR, AZ, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, and WY). H1B Visa Sponsorship Not Available, W2 only.
