Key requirements include the ability to think critically about complex experiments and collaborate with other scientists to advance research projects.

Excellent molecular and cell biology skills are necessary.

Qualifications

  • PhD with 03 years of applicable experience in Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or related discipline or BS/ MS with 710+ years of relevant work.
  • Experience with CRISPRmediated gene editing, including design of guide RNAs and donor sequences, optimizing cell transfection conditions, and genotyping singlecell clones.
  • Experience with mammalian cell culture techniques, including cell line maintenance, transfection, and selection of edited clones.
  • Experience with flow cytometry, cell sorting, NGS, and related advanced cell and molecular biology technologies.
  • Experience with isolation, characterization, and genetic manipulation of primary immune cells (T cells, NK cells) is a plus
  • Knowledge of construct design and lentivirusbased cell line generation.
  • Knowledge of the latest advancements in CRISPR genome editing and gene manipulation technologies.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
