Qualifications
- PhD with 03 years of applicable experience in Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or related discipline or BS/ MS with 710+ years of relevant work.
- Experience with CRISPRmediated gene editing, including design of guide RNAs and donor sequences, optimizing cell transfection conditions, and genotyping singlecell clones.
- Experience with mammalian cell culture techniques, including cell line maintenance, transfection, and selection of edited clones.
- Experience with flow cytometry, cell sorting, NGS, and related advanced cell and molecular biology technologies.
- Experience with isolation, characterization, and genetic manipulation of primary immune cells (T cells, NK cells) is a plus
- Knowledge of construct design and lentivirusbased cell line generation.
- Knowledge of the latest advancements in CRISPR genome editing and gene manipulation technologies.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
