Operations Engineer Technical Building Equipment (TBE) (all genders)

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensuring the operation and availability of technical building equipment, particularly HVAC systems, as well as building and supply technology and their associated control and monitoring systems
  • Ensuring the safety and GMP status of the equipment in the assigned area
  • Responsible for timely execution of maintenance and safety inspections
  • Continuous improvement of systems in terms of efficiency, availability, quality, and safety
  • Development and management of projects in the assigned area
  • Preparation of hazard and risk analyses, maintenance plans, and change management
  • Commissioning and coordination of external contractors for maintenance and construction projects
