KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Regarding the tasks of the property manager:_
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Resourcefulness in finding information or products for repairs and setup
- Coordinating the renovation process
- Managing the movein and moveout process and communicating with residents
- Organizing various activities within the property (English language sessions, etc.)
- Regarding the assistant tasks:_
- Managing the CEO's calendar, including management of the CEO's important meetings/broadcasts
- Handling both complex tasks (e.g., gathering and analyzing data for presentations) and simple daily errands
EXPECTED SKILLS:
- Problemsolving and organization skills
- Savvy mindset
- Readiness to multitasking
- Excellent communication and time management skills
Excellent computer skills:

Driving license, own car:
- Proficiency in
English and Russian
