PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:

Support the project management of multiple fast paced programs to manage schedule and budget
Run multiple project/product meetings weekly both with the internal team and external customers (taking notes, following up on action items, etc)
Produce weekly/monthly status report for customers to be presented.
Work with the finance and contracting team to develop and maintain a budget, reports, and deliverables in line with contract requirements
Create, manage project/program schedules to ensure milestones are met for the programs
Understand the internal ecosystem and identify opportunities for improvement with company policies, program execution, training, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:
Bachelor of Science in related field

Experience and Skills:

Two (2) to three (3) years of experience focusing on project analysis/management support
Strong customer centric mindset
Solutions and client serviceoriented, with an emphasis on creativity
Strong process orientation, capable of creating new processes, or significantly redesigning existing processes to align with hanging business requirements
Experience with data analytics/insights. Ability to draw interferences and insights, highlight trends, and correlate causal factors with end outcomes
Comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity
Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills
Desired Skills:
Experience with SmartSheets, Confluence, and Jira tools
