Implementation of system integration projects: You are responsible for projects to integrate our ERP solution for our customers in the energy industry, from requirements analysis to the go-live of our application software. You also conduct online and offline training for the application specialists of our customers.
Project management: As a controlling and moderating project manager, you ensure quality, adherence to deadlines, scope of services, and budget both internally and externally.
Proactive customer management: As a proactive customer manager, you know how to build a trusting and personal relationship with your customers and generate high customer satisfaction through successful performance and development.
Active participation: As a strong team player, you actively contribute to knowledge transfer and the development of the project, product, and entire consulting team.

Qualifications: You have successfully completed a degree in business informatics and/or business administration or a comparable qualification/ further education. Experience in IT consulting is an advantage, but not a requirement.
Industry know-how: Ideally, you come from the energy or utility industry and have a good understanding of business processes such as energy billing, market data exchange, feed-in management
