Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
- Order supplies and maintaining reports on inventory.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
- Running errands and deliveries.
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual Prefered and proficient in reading, comprehension and writing in both Spanish and English.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle phone calls professionally.
