Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
  • Order supplies and maintaining reports on inventory.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
  • Running errands and deliveries.
  • Maintaining office cleanliness and organization.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual Prefered and proficient in reading, comprehension and writing in both Spanish and English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
  • Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle phone calls professionally.
