We are immediately hiring a Head of Field Operations - an individual who is the responsible leader of safety and operational performance, including all critical operational performance metrics associated with $900M+ in revenue and $900M+ in assets.


You will be required to drive day to day operational performance across approximately forty locations and 800 technicians to ensure delivery is efficient through resource effectiveness and high-quality delivery to our customers.

We pride ourselves as being experts, which means you will have the following skills and experience:

  • 5-8+ years of experience leading and managing people in Operations to achieve revenue and profit growth.
  • Provan record in driving sustained performance improvements across key operational metrics and processes.
  • Experienced leading/managing multicountry and multi disciplined functions.
  • Strong collaborator across multi country, cultures, disciplines, and skill sets to drive performance and change.
  • Proven record of instilling and embedding a safety culture.
  • Strong people leader.
  • You will have a general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, energy storage, and load banks.
