Description
This is a full-time position in house.

Following a 3-month probationary period with on the job training, full-time employees are offered a myriad of benefits including medical and dental insurance coverage, paid time off, and retirement savings plans.


Job duties:

  • Answering inbound phone calls from education and life science research customers, regarding product recommendations, technical support, and ordering
  • Scheduling and organizing documentation for orders
  • Cross training in the shipping/logistics department to assist in shipping and receiving

Job requirements:

  • Exceptional English writing and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal interaction skills
  • General knowledge of chemical and biology terms
  • Background in science preferred, but not required
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs

Education and background:

  • US citizen or permanent resident
  • Associate Degree with courses in chemistry, biology and/or biotech preferred not not required
  • Experience in fast paced environments where being flexible and ability to prioritize is a must
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
