Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Process customer transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Provide product information and assist customers in making purchasing decisions
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Assist with stocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or customer service preferred
  • Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to handle cash transactions with precision
  • Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
  • Technical sales knowledge is advantageous
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all transactions
