    Overview:

    Konica Minolta Business Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Director, Finance Inside Sales, IP, & Direct. This role supports our Inside Sales, IP and Direct Sales Divisions. This is a key strategic and planning position in our Corporate Finance team in Ramsey, NJ.

    Responsibilities:

    Financial Strategy and Planning

    1. Develop and implement the Channels (or Area) financial strategy to support long-term business objectives
    2. Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
    3. Monitor key financial metrics, identify risks and opportunities, and provide proactive recommendations to optimize financial performance.

    Financial Reporting and Analysis:

    1. Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports for the channel(s)/area(s) of responsibility.
    2. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to assess business performance, identify trends, and drive data-driven decision-making.
    3. Present financial results and insights to the channel(s)/area(s) executive team.

    Risk Management and Compliance:
    1. Establish and maintain robust internal controls and financial procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and accounting standards.
    2. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to financial and legal requirements.

    Strategic Financial/Operational Planning

    1. Provide strategic financial and operational guidance and support to the channel/area executive team in evaluating business opportunities, organizational design and investments.
    2. Drive financial modeling and scenario analysis to assess the impact of various business decisions and guide strategic planning.
    3. Drive the companys real estate plan within the channel(s)/area(s) by optimizing space, cost and number of facilities.

    Team Leadership and Development:

    1. Lead and manage a high-performing finance team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
    2. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
    3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as accounting, finance, IT, human resources, marketing, legal, sales, service, real estate, logistics and administration to achieve shared objectives.
    Qualifications:
    1. Minimum of 10 years experience in Finance or Business operations with at least two in a leadership role.
    2. Bachelors degree in a business related field (preferably Finance or Accounting) CPA and/or MBA preferred.
    3. Ability to develop and implement strategic operational changes with limited supervision.
    4. Demonstrated experience in strategic financial planning, including investment analysis, business modeling and mergers and acquisitions.
    5. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
    6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices and procedures.
    • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, ).
    • Experience of using a variety of relevant software packages.
    • Travel is required for corporate, channel and area face to face meetings
