Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team.

As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our medical staff.

This is a full-time position in a outpatient/office settings


Duties:

• Assist healthcare professionals with patient examinations and procedures
• Obtain and record patient vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration
• Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers
• Collect and prepare laboratory specimens for testing
• Provide patient education on medical conditions, treatments, and preventive care
• Assist with medical administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and coding for billing purposes
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and equipment

Skills:

• Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
• Familiarity with medical terminology and coding systems
• Proficient in providing excellent patient service and maintaining patient confidentiality
• Ability to accurately measure vital signs and perform basic medical procedures
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Requirements:

• Completion of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent training
• Previous experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred
