Description
Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Process customer orders and returns
- Intake product shipments and deliveries (shipping/receiving)
- Maintain website product/inventory levels
- Provide online chat support as needed
- Other general office duties as needed
- A neat appearance and be wellgroomed and punctual
- Possess a willingness to learn the products we sell, and have an outgoing and enthusiastic personality
- Being energetic, selfmotivated, and a selfstarter are essential to mutual success
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks is essential
- Attention to detail is critical
- Possess good phone and written communication skills
- Work may require strenuous physical exertion for extended periods including standing, walking, stooping, bending, climbing, lifting, and frequently carrying objects weighing up to 40 lbs
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic Math skills
- Computer aptitude
- No experience necessary, we're ready and willing to train the right person for this position
