    Description

    We are searching for an upbeat and energetic Marketing Coordinator to manage various channels for company exposure. This role bridges multiple companies underneath one development office focusing on a variety of fields, including commercial and residential real estate, land development, construction, and community event planning.

    Responsibilities: Manage daily and ongoing marketing activities, including but not limited to:

    · Developing marketing strategy in line with company objectives

    · Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities

    · Overseeing the company's marketing budget, adhering to budget constraints

    · Creation, proofreading, and publication of all marketing material

    · Planning and implementing online and print marketing and promotional campaigns

    · Managing and improving lead generation campaigns, measuring results

    · Assuring overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity

    · Measuring, monitoring, and reporting on effectiveness of marketing communications

    · Creating a wide range of different marketing materials

    · Communicating marketing objectives to management and involved departments

    · Collaborating with commercial and residential property managers on signs, property availability

    · Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing

    · Paid social media campaigns

    · Creating, proofreading, and maintaining social media posts, flyers, photographs for all entities

    · Performing market analysis for residential, industrial, office, and retail positions

    · Leading a weekly marketing meeting with Sales

    · Updating sales comparisons monthly

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
    • 2 - 3 years' experience in marketing/brand management
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Knowledge of all social networking platforms
