With the prospect of being hired into a long-term, permanent position, we are looking for a
Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d) in full-time in
Weil im Schönbuch (district of Böblingen).


Our offer:

Your responsibilities:


  • Support of existing customers and field sales representatives
  • Scheduling appointments while considering priorities
  • Written and telephone communication
  • Preparation of documents for customer appointments
  • Maintenance and documentation of appointments, documents, master data, etc. in all relevant systems
  • Followup on reminders

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial training as an office clerk, industrial clerk (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in sales support,
