The Estimator will oversee and review project plans, requirements and specificationsDetermine labor and equipment costs
Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing
Understand project logistics and project schedule
Understand all bid documents and assess project risks
Review quotes and estimates with the project team
Orchestrate pre-construction duties and meeting with owners, clients and engineers
Responsible for developing leadership, motivation, and communication with owners, subs and project team
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or similar field
~10 years experience working as an estimator in commercial construction
~ Advanced computer skills with estimating software
~ Extensive knowledge of construction costs and engineering principles
~ Understand all aspects of horizontal and infrastructure projects
