    Accounts Payable Clerk - Temp-to-Hire – San Rafael - $32 to $35/hour

    Immediate need for a reliable Accounting and Administrative professional with Quickbooks Desktop experience to process accounts payables, assist with payroll, and other general administrative duties. Prior experience in or exposure to construction or the trades is highly preferred.

    • Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday 8am – 4pm
    • Duration: 3+ months, temp-to-hire
    • Location: Onsite in central San Rafael
    • Pay: $32 - 35/hour

    Accounts Payable Clerk Responsibilities:

    • Process AP invoices, including 3-way PO matching, obtaining approvals, and exporting ACH payments
    • Reconcile AP statements from suppliers
    • Bank and credit card reconciliations
    • Payroll assistance in reviewing timecard punches for completion and accuracy
    • General administrative tasks as needed

    Accounts Payable Clerk Qualifications:

    • 2+ years prior and recent Accounting/ Accounts Payable experience
    • Working knowledge of Quickbooks Desktop, Microsoft 365
    • Must be reliable and dependable
    • Technically savvy, self-starter
    • Able to work with little to no supervision
