Administrative Coordinator

  • Junior Achievement of South Florida_

Full-time: 8:30 - 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday, +occasional events


Location: 1130 Coconut Creek Blvd, Coconut Creek, FL 33066


Pay rate:
$42k - $45k annually

Summary:


The Administrative Coordinator will report to and support the Chief of Staff and President/CEO by coordinating meetings and events, screening calls, handling messages, mailings, and correspondence.

Compile reports on possible donors, manage inventory and order office supplies, arrange for travel, and prepare meeting agendas, along with presentations.

You must be able to work independently and as part of a team and must have excellent attention to detail.


What you will do:


  • Schedule appointments for the President/CEO
  • Coordinate meeting and events, including travel arrangements.
  • Assist with data entry, running reports, and updating information.
  • Prepare correspondence for mailing letters and invoices.
  • Attend meetings alongside Chief of Staff and take accurate and concise minutes.
  • Compile list of Donor Prospects on a weekly basis.
  • Reconcile monthly receipts.
  • Manage administrative inventory and order office supplies.
  • Prepare documents for meetings agendas, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
  • Assist in other duties as needed.

What you will need:


  • Passionate about JA's mission and impact
  • Minimum of two years of similar experience
  • Highschool diploma required, associate degree is preferred.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Suite (excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and SharePoint.
  • Strong attention to detail, work accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Great positive attitude, highly organized, selfstarter
  • Pleasant phone demeaner and voice
  • Unquestionable personal code of ethics.
  • Stand, sit, walk, see, adjust focus, talk, hear, bend, lift 15lbs occasionally.

Pay Range:
USD $42, USD $45,000.00 /Yr.
