Description
AnesthesiologyHCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is looking for a Chief CRNA who is passionate about high quality patient care and leading a team committed to excellence, at our HCA Florida Pasadena Hospital in St.
You will also play a pivotal role in aligning facility goals with divisional objectives while ensuring optimal patient care delivery.
Develop continuous performance improvement and risk management programs.Ensure compliance with licensure, certification, and credentialing requirements.
Lead educational initiatives to meet APP continuing education needs.
Supervise and evaluate staff APPs, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
Oversee recruitment efforts for quality APPs in collaboration with recruitment teams.
Maintain readiness for regulatory inspections and evaluations.
Foster strong communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
Care Team Model of 2 Anesthesiologists and 5 CRNAs covering 4-5 sites of service.
Bread & Butter, General, Ortho, Spine, Urology, GI.
No OB.
No nights. 50K Start Date Bonus offered and relocation assistance available.
~ Premium pay calculated on a daily basis if provider works past their scheduled shift. Premium rate also paid if Clinician opts to pick up extra shift(s).
~ Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, FSA, STD/LTD, and life insurance.
~ Tuition reimbursement, loan repayment and $2500 CME annually.
