Description

The Network Interfaces department at Collinsville develops products that allow our customers to connect with the vehicle's bus systems in order to develop and test the future onboard electronics.

As an intern, you will support the team in all areas of test engineering and assist in implementing interfaces and test cases to ensure the security of our products.

Working together with the team, you will contribute to the further development of our systems and gain a deep understanding of the development process.

It is important to us that you experience working at Vector in person.

In order to balance your studies and work, we offer the possibility of mobile work after individual coordination, depending on the specific tasks.

Please note that remote work is not possible.


Your profile:

  • Studying computer science, electrical engineering or a related field
  • Good programming skills in C# or C++
  • Enjoy working with new technologies and programming languages
  • Enjoy analyzing system behavior
  • Good knowledge of German and English

Your tasks:

  • Implementation of tests and extensions of test frameworks
  • Expansion and maintenance of our test infrastructure (Jenkins, Jira, Git, Svn, clientserver, test PC, etc.)
  • Use of Vector products according to current standards in the automotive industry (CAN, FR, Ethernet, LIN, etc.)
  • Execution of different test cases
  • Implementation of automated tests
