POSITION DUTIES
In cooperation with executive staff, agency administrators, and senior policy analysts the Policy Support Specialist will:
- Act as the Department's forms manager and administer the Department's Forms Management Plan.
- Serve as the point of contact, coordination and support the Departmental Research Committee (DRC).
- Serve as the Office of Data, Policy, and Grant's Record Retention Specialist and designated Public Information Officer.
- Maintain Department's comprehensive and archival index of primary and ancillary policies.
- Assist with the annual policy review process.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
Experience:
Four years of administrative staff or professional work.

Employees in this classification may be assigned duties which require the operation of a motor vehicle.

$57, $95,449.00 per year
