    Description
    Tax Senior

    Tax Senior Responsibilities:
    • Prepares federal, state and local tax returns, extensions, and quarterly projections for various clients (C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnership, Individual, Trust)
    • Review tax work and provide feedback, training, and mentoring
    • Review tax information supplied by client and obtain open items
    • Assist with the coordination of the day-to-day duties of planning, tax work, and wrap-up
    • Perform tax research to resolve issues
    • Identify and communicate tax matters to Managers and Partners
    • Build relationships with clients and staff
    Tax Senior Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Specializes or has experience with preparing and reviewing returns for the financial services industry
    • CPA or in progress
    • 3-5 years of experience within a public accounting firm required
    • Mix of commercial tax services and individual.
    • Must have review experienced
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
    • Knowledge of Caseware/Caseview is a plus
