- Effectively manage P&L
- Partner with stakeholders to enhance regional operational processes, ensuring exceptional end-to-end fulfillment experiences that exceed quality and service standards and create a standard of best practices
- Review performance progress and opportunities with fulfillment leaders frequently to ensure each location meets or exceeds goals.
- 7-10 years of leadership and supervisory experience, including leading other leaders.
- 7-10 years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or distribution segments preferred.
- Multi-site management experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs in service-oriented industries, prioritizing quality, business partnerships, and customer outcomes.
- People-first mentality with a solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to travel up to 50% with the ability to work at a physical Fulfillment location within the region.
