JOB SUMMARY

As the primary point of contact for our CEO, you'll manage communications with investors, partners, and stakeholders with the utmost confidentiality.

Your responsibilities will span a wide range of tasks, from coordinating meetings and handling paperwork for acquisitions to managing payment schedules and overseeing subcontractors.

With your strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, you'll thrive in this fast-paced environment where taking initiative and meeting tight deadlines are paramount.

Position:
Executive Assistant


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
and meeting requests from investors, partners, and stakeholders with utmost

confidentiality.

  • Manage payment schedules for owned assets and handle paperwork for vendor
onboarding and deal acquisitions.

  • Liaise with accounting for invoice submissions, W9s, Division Orders, Name
Changes,Transfers and other financial documents.

  • Facilitate the hiring and termination paperwork processes and track employee leave.
  • Assist in content creation by setting up cameras and lighting and creating marketing
materials such as presentations, business cards, and flyers.

  • Manage user accounts and subscriptions, as well as passwords for various
accounts.

  • Supervise subcontractors to ensure adherence to company standards and timely
completion of tasks.

  • Assist in organization of acquisitions meetings and outreach.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Coordinate and prepare documentation for meetings and presentations related to
- acquisitions, operations, and investor relations, including agendas, reports, and pitch

decks.

  • Opportunity to attend private networking events with the CEO
  • Day to Day operation organization and backend support for Texas field team for work
orders etc.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative assistant, personal assistant, or
office assistant role

  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Detailoriented with the ability to multitask
  • Local to Tampa, Florida
  • Sole Focus position
  • Reliable transportation
