    Job Summary: Workday Integration Specialist

    Position Overview: Seeking an experienced Workday Integration Specialist to design, develop, implement, and maintain integrations within the Workday ecosystem. Proficiency in modules like Benefits, HCM, and Talent Management is required.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop Integrations: Use tools like Studio, EIB, XML, and Workday web services.
    • Collaborate: Work with business analysts and technical teams to define requirements.
    • Customize Solutions: Tailor integrations to specific business needs.
    • Participate in Sprints: Engage in sprint planning and task estimation.
    • Document Processes: Record every step, including BRD and integration design.
    • Troubleshoot Issues: Resolve integration problems promptly.
    • Stay Updated: Keep current with Workday features and best practices.
    • Support Team: Provide guidance on integration-related topics.

    Requirements:

    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Workday Web Services, Java, XML, XSLT, REST, and SOAP.
    • Experience: 7 years in integration roles.
    • Reporting: Capable of creating custom reports and calculated fields.
    • Module Knowledge: Understanding of Benefits, HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, and Talent Management.
    • Communication: Strong skills in collaboration and problem-solving.
    • Work Environment: Adaptable to a fast-paced setting.
    • Certification: Workday certifications preferred.
    • Agile Experience: Familiar with Agile methodologies and product management.
    Remote working/work at home options are available for this role.
