Property Manager - Industrial Portfolio


Strong and established real estate investment firm is seeking an experienced property manager to oversee a portfolio of industrial properties.

The portfolio consists of properties throughout Palm Beach County.


Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with vendors to ensure compliance with service contracts
  • Ensure adherence to property owners' policies and procedures, as well as compliance with codes, regulations and governmental agency directives
  • Perform site inspections
  • Oversee leasing
  • Resolve any tenant issues
  • Implement polices & procedures
  • Oversee facilities and maintenance staff
  • Various related duties as needed

Requirements:


  • Bachelors degree a plus
  • 4+ years of commercial property management experience
  • Prior experience with a property management system
  • Excellent communication skills

Pay:
$80, $95,000.00 per year
