Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at a bustling restaurant. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests.


Duties:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menus and provide detailed information when asked
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Upsell additional items to enhance the guest experience
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Handle guest complaints with professionalism and empathy
• Process payments using POS systems like Aloha POS
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area

Experience:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the food service industry
• Familiarity with Resy or similar reservation systems
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating bills
• Excellent guest relations abilities to create a welcoming atmosphere
