    Description
    • Seeking a Clinical Therapist with a current State of Michigan licensure in one of the following: LMSW, LLMSW, LP, LLP or PC.
    • Onsite role, 5 days a week

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct intake assessments, screenings, and comprehensive evaluations for clients.
    • Provide evidence-based counseling and therapy to address mental health issues, substance abuse, and co-occurring behaviors.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans and case management strategies.
    • Offer crisis intervention services as needed.
    • Maintain accurate and confidential client records.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling from an accredited institution.
    • Current State of Michigan licensure in one of the following: LMSW, LLMSW, LP, LLP, or PC.
    • Minimum of one year of experience working with individuals exhibiting mental illness, substance abuse, and/or co-occurring behaviors (preferred).
    • Willingness to complete requirements for a Michigan Certified Board of Addiction Professionals (MCBAP) Development Plan (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, CADC, or Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, CAADC) within the first 90 days of hire.
