    Job Opportunity in Mental Health in Troy, MI

    About the Company:

    ACC, with over 40 years of experience, is a leading non-profit organization serving Middle Eastern and diverse communities in Southeastern Michigan. ACC is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals and the vibrant multi-ethnic community in Metropolitan Detroit. The Behavioral Health Division of ACC is a well-established outpatient program, prioritizing employee development and well-being.



    Responsibilities of a Therapist at ACC:

    • Provide crisis intervention, therapy for individuals, groups, and families.
    • Manage a client caseload within set limits.
    • Work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
    • Conduct clinical assessments and create treatment plans.
    • Maintain accurate case records.
    • Attend clinical meetings and training sessions.
    • Meet productivity targets for direct services.
    • Collaborate with Quality Department for maintaining agency standards.
    • Participate in continuing education programs.

    Qualifications:

    Requirements:
    • Master's Degree in Social Work or related field.
    • State of Michigan clinical work registration.
    • Preferably, one year of experience in mental health or human services.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team.
    • Proficiency in data entry and computer systems.
    • Fluency in English and Arabic/Chaldean is desirable.
