During your work, you will:
Accompany people with disabilities in their self-determined life in their own living space Handle correspondence with legal guardians, family members, doctors, nursing services, and authorities Regularly coordinate with management to increase quality and efficiency We are looking for: Completed training with state recognition as a special needs educator, or equivalent three-year training in social professions (m/w/d) or BA Social Work / Social Pedagogy Computer skills for documentation and assessment of support needs Enjoyment and interest in working with people with disabilities Driver's license class B/3 and own car required Contact person
