Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing guidance and recommendations based on their preferences and needs.

Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, strains, and products in the cannabis industry. Educate customers on the various properties and effects of different strains and products.

Sales and Transactions: Efficiently process sales transactions using our point-of-sale system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, restocking shelves, and organizing products to maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Compliance: Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations governing the sale of cannabis products, including age verification and product labeling requirements.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
