This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week), but fewer hours may be possible.

Compensation:

$48,500 - $65,000 yearly


Responsibilities:


  • You accept your role in managing cases to ensure that schedules are met timely
  • You are adept at drafting, proofing, and reviewing legal documents
  • Enjoys investigating facts to help with conflicts
  • You take pride in accurately and regularly recording your time spent on matters

Qualifications:


  • BS or AA in legal studies or as a paralegal
  • Experience with federal litigation
  • Impeccable writing skills including being able to draft minor motions and notices
  • Engaging verbal skills to be able to communicate directly with clients
  • Ability to multitask including tracking all actions and keeping clients current on the state of their cases
  • You are a juggler of tasks and can change gears quickly
