Liaison Creative + Marketing has a remote, full-time role with full benefits for a three-month period as a Digital Asset Coordinator. The role involves helping a large B2B Tech firm in organizing, tagging, and uploading marketing and sales assets into a digital asset management system (DAM). This opportunity is suitable for individuals with three years of focused experience in asset organization for a DAM.
- Support the Creative Services team with asset organization, metadata assignment, and quality assurance checks
- Upload asset files to various platforms
- Distribute tools and assets across the organization
- Address inquiries from different departments regarding asset availability
- Require a minimum of three years of relevant experience with an enterprise DAM system
- Experience with remote work and supporting global organizations is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in library science, information science, or related fields is preferred
- Previous experience in metadata assignment and quality assurance checks
- Proficient in communication skills and attention to detail
Skills:
- Proficiency in using a DAM (digital asset management)
- Familiarity with basic Adobe Creative Suite tools
