Home Health Clinical Supervisor


Office position located in the Bastrop office

Job Summary:


  • The Branch Manager is a Registered Nurse who's primary function is the daytoday direction of branch operation and clinical services to ensure quality care and efficient operations,
  • Ensures quality of patient care in the home, reviews Evaluation and OASIS documentation to ensure proper service provision and utilization; OASIS accuracy, and appropriate POC development.
  • Coordinate care between physicians, patients, and field staff. Review and approve orders, assist with case conferences, and interdisciplinary care coordination.

Compensation: Salary dependent on experience. On-call pay. Mileage reimbursement.

- Experience:


  • Home Health RN: 2 years (required)
Home Health Management: 1 year (preferred)


Pay:
$95,000.00 per year
