We are looking for a Personnel Disponent (m/f/d) in full-time to support our branch in Hannover-Laatzen with a focus on temporary employment.

Your tasks:

Creation and placement of job advertisements
Preparation and conducting of job interviews, phone and video interviews
Data entry and maintenance of applicant data
Recruitment for temporary employment and personnel placement
Coordination and planning of personnel assignments
Support and retention of employees in customer assignments

Your profile:

You
- have at least completed a commercial apprenticeship
- have basic experience in temporary employment or personnel services
- are communicative, open, and empathetic
- have good MS Office skills
- have fluent German and ideally good English skills
- work in an orderly and conscientious manner
