We are currently seeking a Retail Salesperson (m/f) for our client in the telecommunications industry at our location in Konstanz.

  • You will provide competent, comprehensive, and individual onsite advice to customers on all aspects of internet, landline, and mobile products
  • You will handle complaints and provide solutions
  • You will conduct sales conversations about individual products and services and help customers find the right products for their needs
  • You will process customer orders and handle data maintenance
  • You will participate in productspecific sales promotion measures and campaigns

What we are looking for:


  • You have completed training as a Retail Salesperson (m/f) or have a comparable qualification
  • You have gained initial work experience in sales
  • You enjoy direct customer contact and are willing to adapt your working hours to the standard opening hours and customer traffic
  • Goal orientation and commitment complete your profile
