BA in Human Services or Equivalent (credit hours in Social and Family Work)Family Specialist Credential Level 5 from Gateways
Spanish Speaking
Case manager will
- Conduct home visits a minimum twice a year per family
Complete written community partnerships
Meet individually with each family at minimum once a month
Hold monthly group session/meeting with focus on child development, parenting, etc. for parents
Pay:
$40, $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
