Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team.

In this role, you will not only provide exceptional customer service, but also guide customers around our showroom and assist with every day administrative tasks.


This
full-time position is based in Los Angeles/Vernon, CA 90058, and our operational hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4/4:30 PM.


REMOTE WORK IS NOT AVAILABLE.
We will be conducting
in office interviews on April 19th, 2024 between 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM.


Responsibilities:


  • Engage customers in a polite, professional manner, guiding them through our showroom and assisting them in selecting the best flooring options to meet their needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, explaining product features and benefits and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders carefully, ensuring accurate preparation of quotes and invoices.
  • Schedule and coordinate deliveries for clients, communicating with freight carriers to ensure timely and smooth shipments.
  • Follow up with customers on a regular basis to ensure their needs are met, orders are fulfilled and satisfaction is maintained.
  • Assist with administrative duties, such as managing calendars and inventory, answering phone calls, taking messages and handling general office procedures.
  • Ensure the showroom is wellpresented and products are adequately displayed.

Job Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including familiarity with software's such as Excel and QuickBooks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service roles
    (preferred).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
  • Valid authorization to work in the US
    (required).

Pay:
From $18.50 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
