Junior Project Coordinator to play a key role in the JFK Airport Redevelopment Program (JFKR).

Be a part of a dynamic team, where you will work on multiple infrastructure projects, contributing to the modernization of one of the world's busiest airports.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a transformative project in a fast-paced airport environment.

This is an in-person position at the JFK Redevelopment office at JFK Airport.


Essential Responsibilities:


  • Assists Project Managers in the administration and execution of design and construction
  • Assists in maintaining record drawings, project files, test results and
  • Assists in the logging, tracking, and processing requests for information, submittals, change orders, and other project deliverables.
  • Prepares project progress reports, agendas, and minutes for meetings, conducts pre
- construction meetings, and assists in preparing final project close-out documents.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, and 2 years relevant experience, or
  • In lieu of education, 5 years of relevant
  • Construction experience in civil infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Aviation experience
  • BIM/CAD abilities
  • Familiar with program management information systems (eBuilder, )
  • Project coordination/communications skills
  • Fundamentals of Engineering Certified
