The Assistant Director ATC serves as second in charge of the facility and is responsible for assisting the Director in planning and managing facility resources including budget spending plans capital minor rehabilitation projects day-to-day activities services liaison host psychiatric center community providers personnel quality management.
- Monitor report quality care issues OASAS Justice Center deaths allegations abuse neglect ensuring adherence 836 regulations incident reports investigations incident review.
- Achieve OASAS service level goals overall occupancy patient days length stay work local providers addiction services minimize eliminate refused admissions waiting lists.
