Your Job:


  • As the first point of contact for our customers, you are responsible for ensuring smooth quality processes on site from resource allocation and order management to customer billing
  • You establish sustainable customer relationships through professional order processing, onsite presence, and support for sales activities
  • You ensure reliable customer support at multiple locations
  • You manage personnel deployment and provide technical leadership to employees
  • You ensure compliance with occupational safety, health management, and risk assessment

You:


  • You have successfully completed a commercial or technical education
  • You have completed a vocational training in a trade and/or technical field
  • You have experience in dealing with customers
  • You are proficient in using common measuring tools and equipment
  • You have good knowledge of the manufacturing industry
  • You have experience in managing employees
  • You are proficient in using computer applications and office communication systems (MS Office, internet, etc.)
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills in German
