We are looking for a motivated and highly qualified Project Manager to help us maintain our position as an innovative industry authority and ensure that our goals of innovation and outstanding customer service are achieved.
Our clients include leading CPG brands in cosmetics, alcohol, nutraceuticals, banking, and entertainment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage a significant percentage of the company's business at any given time by planning and supervising each stage of a job to successful completion meeting specifications and quality standards on time and within budget.
- Organize projects to be produced efficiently and within budget, investigate and recommend strategies or modifications to enhance quality, functionality, and production efficiencies.
- Prepare required documentation for all phases of a job, including manufacturing job tickets, purchase orders, cost reports, billing, alterations, and status trackers.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional partners to provide outstanding support for our Account Services, Sales, Quality, Procurement and Manufacturing teams.
- Lead preproduction meetings to brainstorm and align teams on production plans and solutions.
- Serve as customer advocate on all phases of projects, including planning, scheduling, and quality assurance.

Education and Experience:
- College education or a minimum of 5 years of project management experience in print production or a related setting.
- Prior experience with Pre-Press, Pressroom and Bindery.
- Understanding of print and design principles and good working knowledge of the endtoend process.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Physical Demands:
- Frequently required to sit and work on a computer
- Occasionally required to stand and walk
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Work Environment:
- Work performed in an office environment where a noise level is moderate
Pay:
From $75,000.00 per year
